If OakWell Associates has contacted you regarding an account, you have the right to understand who is contacting you, why, and what account the communication relates to.
You may request information about your account, including the amount owed, the creditor name, and how to obtain verification of the debt.
If you believe an account is incorrect, you have the right to dispute it. Submit a dispute through Account Help with details about why you believe the account is inaccurate.
Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), you have the right to request validation of a debt within 30 days of receiving initial communication.
You may request changes to how and when we contact you, including requesting communication only in writing or at specific times.
Your personal information is protected. We do not share your information except as permitted or required by law.
